Why Should You Partner With Me?


First off, please excuse the slightly outdated photo—it's from my early 20s. These days, you’re far more likely to find me in workwear, hands-on with a renovation project or providing joinery services.


So, how did I get here—and why do I believe I’m a steady hand to invest with?


From Finance to Foundations

My early career was spent training and qualifying as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant. After earning a degree in Accounting and Finance, I joined Grant Thornton LLP on their highly regarded Advisory Graduate Programme.

Over the next four years, I worked across their Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory Services, and Restructuring teams. I supported businesses and shareholders through mergers and acquisitions, helped raise finance, and provided in-depth financial analysis to guide investment decisions. I also worked closely with banks, assessing distressed businesses and supporting debt recovery strategies.


While the work was valuable and rewarding, two things were missing:

  1. Ownership – I wanted to build something of my own, to create long-term wealth and gain control over my time and lifestyle.
  2. Practicality – I’ve always been hands-on by nature. Spending long days at a desk never felt quite right.


The Shift into Property

In the summer of 2022, I made the leap. I left Grant Thornton and began working with family to build a property portfolio. Since then, I’ve completed a diverse range of projects (which you can explore on the Projects page), gradually building momentum, experience, and cashflow.


I’ve also worked as a self-employed joiner, providing bespoke joinery and renovation services across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This not only helped shore up income during the early stages of the property journey, but also gave me practical skills that complement my finance background perfectly.


What I Bring to the Table

  • Professional deal analysis and financial structuring from my chartered accounting      and advisory background
  • Hands-on property development experience across multiple successful projects
  • Real-world trade skills in joinery and renovation, giving me full control over build quality, budgets, and timelines


This unique mix allows me to spot, execute, and manage property investments from end to end.

  

Looking for a Long-Term Investment Partner

I’m now seeking an investment partner to help scale the next phase of growth.


  • You bring the funding
  • I bring the deals, experience, building works, and project management


Returns are shared based on an agreed profit split. While each deal would be considered individually, my preference is to work with someone interested in multiple successive deals and reinvesting future profits to build a long-term portfolio together.
