We acquired a residential property alongside a rear plot of land that benefits from outline planning permission for the development of five detached homes.
We are currently progressing the reserved matters application, with the aim of securing full planning consent. Once achieved, we will review market conditions and investor goals to determine whether to realise the planning gain through a site sale or proceed with a full development strategy.
In addition, the existing property at the front of the site presents further value-add potential. A targeted refurbishment could enable a profitable resale or provide a strong long-term rental asset.
