We successfully acquired a neglected freehold property comprising two maisonettes above a ground-floor commercial unit.

The residential units were fully renovated to a high standard and re-let at current market rents, significantly improving the income profile. In parallel, we renegotiated the commercial lease to reflect market rates, securing a stronger tenant commitment and enhancing the overall stability of the asset.

These improvements resulted in an immediate uplift in capital value and increased rental yield, making this a strong performing asset within our portfolio and a great example of our value-add approach.
